I am trying to demystify personal/personality energy by this analogy with a bouncing ball going up with kinetic energy (which becomes gravitational potential energy) and coming down with kinetic energy (which becomes elastic potential energy). The analogy is this: you go up (smile, say something, do something) with personal kinetic energy from you cells; this kinetic energy becomes tensional potential energy of your whole structure; then you go down with kinetic energy while the cells gain potential energy. (The cycle then repeats.)
The mantra to isolate this process is "Go up in some way ... listen to the cells ... go up some way ... listen to the cells ..."
